Good morning, Church. As the Chairman of the Council of Elders, I come before you today with exciting news and a formal announcement.

As we shared previously, after many months of review, discussion, interviews, prayer, and discernment, our Pastor Search Team unanimously presented to the Council of Elders a formal recommendation of the next Senior Pastor for Houston Northwest Church.

I can now report to you that after full consideration of the recommended candidate by your Council of Elders, including additional review, discussion, interviews, prayer, and discernment, the Council of Elders, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, has unanimously affirmed and approved the recommendation of Pastor Philip Coleman to serve as the next Senior Pastor for Houston Northwest Church.
