Along with many areas throughout Houston, the HNW campus sustained extensive damage during the Harvey floods. During the recovery and rebuild process, we’re thankful for your patience and partnership as we redesign ministry activities due to lack of facility space.
Right now we have limited availability for Infants-2 yrs. in W100 (the large room behind the worship center). Children ages 3 and older will attend family worship with their parents in the Worship Center. Please check back for updates as we build out a temporary children’s space.
Do you have a nursing room?
Yes. The Mother’s Room is located in a room located through the double doors to the right of the Worship Center stage. We have ladies waiting to guide you to the room as you approach the double doors. It is a private room with rocking chairs, a changing table, burp cloths, blankets and water for mom.
Will my child be with kids their own age?
Yes. The children are put with children according to their birth date. All of the children will be within just a few months of each other.
Do you perform background checks on your teachers?
Absolutely! Each preschool volunteer has had a background check. They are checked again every year. We also require that there be at least two teachers with the children at all times.
What do you do to avoid the spread of germs?
Our Nursery, including toys and furnishings, are cleaned and sanitized after each session. We also require that children be free of fever for 24 hours before entering the preschool area. If a child appears ill, they will immediately be removed from the Nursery, and parents will be notified.
Due to the flooding HNW experienced during Hurricane Harvey, all Wednesday night activities have been cancelled until further notice.
Parent/Child Commitment is a time for HNW members to publicly commit themselves to the godly rearing of their child. For more information | Click Here
